What we keep, and what we never touch.

GainTrack holds a coach's book: names and money owed, nothing more. Plain words, because you are trusting us with your clients' names.

What we keep

When you paste a client list, we keep the names, the plan (Monthly or Block), the amounts in dollars or lira, whether each client is paid, and the sessions and payments you log afterwards. That is the book — there is nothing else behind it. The coach decides what goes in the book; GainTrack keeps it on the coach's behalf — his clients never sign up, so a client who wants something changed in it should ask their coach.

What we never see

We never touch your clients' money. GainTrack records what is owed; payments stay between you and your client, in cash or over Whish. We never contact your clients — the follow-up lines are drafted for you to paste into WhatsApp yourself.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If a Pass ends, the book stays readable; if you stop using GainTrack, the rows stay until you delete them.

Deleting it

Delete a client from his page in the book, and every payment logged for him goes with him. To delete the whole book, email gaintrack@nanocorp.app from your signed-in address and it is gone within a day — a reply confirms it.

Where it lives

On a managed Postgres database for this app, keyed to your sign-in account. We do not sell, share or analyse it, and there is no advertising anywhere in GainTrack.
